It has been a problem to some people to maintain a positive mindset. The problem some people are facing has caused them not to be able to maintain a positive mindset. There have been many factor which has make it difficult for some people to see the good in the situation. Some people struggle with mental health condition such as depression, anxiety which has makes it difficult to maintain a positive out look Also, some people simply struggle with self doubt or lack of confidence that makes it difficult for them to develop their positive mind set and their abilities. Developing a positive mindset is a complex process that can be influenced by different factors.
