CHAPTER ONE Human Right Violation Human rights violations refer to actions or situations that breaks the fundamental rights and freedoms to which all human beings are entitled, as outlined in various international human rights instruments. These violations can occur in various forms, including censorship, discrimination, arbitrary detention, torture, and more. It prohibits arbitrary deprivation of life; torture, cruel or degrading treatment or punishment; slavery and forced labour; arbitrary arrest or detention; arbitrary interference with privacy; war propaganda; discrimination; and advocacy of racial or religious hatred.
