Delete your account

Delete or Close your account permanently.

Warning

Please be aware that account deletion does not entitle you to a refund of the registration fee. Once your account has been deleted, all your records will be permanently removed from our database. Consequently, we may not be able to verify any transactions you have made on our platform after your account has been deleted.

NOTE: Your account can not be deleted if you have a pending or unresolved transaction.

Procedure for account deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email.
  2. Address it to tdcbusinessworld@gmail.com.
  3. Clearly state your request for account deletion.
  4. Include relevant account details for identification purposes.
  5. Send the email and await further instructions.
